How to use
Magnesium Butter: Apply to your calves and soles of your feet just before bedtime, gently massaging the areas until absorbed. Massage into shoulders, legs, or any areas of tension to soothe tired muscles and encourage a sense of calm. Do not apply to face, sensitive areas or broken skin.
Body Balm: Starting with clean, dry hands, take a small amount of Body Balm onto your fingertips and gently massage into your skin. Ensure to focus on areas that require extra attention, such as dry patches and cuticles. Reapply as needed throughout the day for best results.
