If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
You can return items within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is at the customer’s own expense. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Clearance and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not apply to the automatic first-order welcome discount, which does not affect your return rights.
- Returned items must be in unused condition and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email sales@rokproducts.co.uk detailing your order, date of purchase and reason for return request.
- Once your order is received it will be inspected and you will be notified if your return is approved.
- If approved, a refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note refund times are dictated by credit card and bank processing times.
